1. Download the New Client Information list if you are either an individual or a corporation. Use this list to gather all the necessary information and documentation we'll need to open your new file.

2. Download the New Client Information form if you are an individual.

3. Download the New Corporation Information form if you are a corporation.

Bring all the gathered documentation from the New Client Information list and either the completed New Client Information form or New Client Information form with you to your first appointment.
